Hi, all

Just sharing a few items I made lately, for different ocassions: fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving....the pirate constume was made for Pirate fest on Tybee Island. I will be back with the ladybug costume made for our newest baby girl in the family, per her mommy's requests. :)

Let me know what you think.

:thumbup:It all looks great!

So, you made the costume too? Nice! Is that a Marilyn Monroe stance?:whistling2::laughing: Too cute!

yes, I did everything except for the corset. I don't know how to do that, yet.
But, the wind on the pier was really out of control...I thought it was a funny stance , too...

Are you giving the table cloths as gifts? Or do you have a few tables to spread them around on? I like all of them.

A little bit of everything...I made more, and gave them as gifts, the ones in the pics are for sale. I am going tomorrow to a fair with them.

Good luck Ana! Hope you sell them all!

Your whishes were the best! I sold most of them and I am going back tomorrow. Other items I placed in the booth, mostly with marketing purposes are below. And I got one order, too... :-) for a stroller.

I am also attaching the ladybug costume I made for our 4 months old Eva.

Again, thank you for encouragement, please keep doing it - it really helps!!! :icon_wink:

How many diapers does the stroller take?

10-16-2011, 07:49 AM

The stroller takes about 70 pcs diapers. Usually the diapers can't be used, and there is a reasonable explanation for that : mommies love the items so much that that they want to keep them in the baby's room as they are! Well, I throught of a way to give them the possibility to choose if they want to use the diapers or not. Therefore, each diaper is wrapped in a "trim" of paper, that, if the diaper used, will be ripped off and thrown away. The diaper is safe!

I am glad you liked the items I made, and I love seeing creations of others, too!!!

Thank you, all. I have been told by the mother of the baby that people were asking permission, while on the street, to take pictures of the cute lady bug! She's just three months old!

Did you make Strawberry Shortcake too? :D

Oh, no...that was purchased from Amazon, it is the newest cartoon character Ana, my goddaughter loves... But because I gave that to her, I had to think about something for the little sister, that I made. I like ladybugs...

Anavmum, I love the way you carried the dot theme throughout the ladybug costume. Even the little head band has a dot shape. So clever. I can see why people on the street wanted to take pictures of the lucky little girl who wore it :) Thanks for sharing on Craft Forum. Sally V.
