I knew there was a reason that I had held on to some old broken belts. Thanks so much for sharing, this definately being added to my must try list!

Thanks, I will probably do another tutorial for a different bracelet and maybe a video tutorial as well.Just have to think of one that people can do without specialist tools,because most tutorials are great but people just do not have the tools for the job.
So I think simple is the way to go.

I'm looking forward to seeing the tutorial. Is there a special tool available that will cut a leather belt into small strips with a perfectly straight edge?

Yes there is,but I don`t know what it`s called cause I have never used it and only saw it "in person" once or twice

Barb, you can buy a "stripper" at the leather store. It's what they use to make laces for journals and such.
