Default I am a chain smoker

Hey, I am a chain smoker. Usually, I used to smoke at least 3 packets a day. I started it to make friends. My mom was very sad because of my smoking habit. I tried to control it, but I couldn't. Then my bf motivated me to give a try and slowly I gave a control to my bad habit. It was only after quitting my smoking habit, I began to notice my teeth. They were deep yellow in color due to my tobacco usage. Yesterday, when I went to my friend's birthday party, I noticed my yellow teeth in selfies. My bf suggested me to undergo a teeth whitening procedure from a dental care clinic in Cambridge ( ). Is tooth whitening bad for my enamel? I have got dental fillings a few years back, will this teeth whitening affect my dental fillings? Kindly share your genuine replies. It would be a great help for me.

This article will be useful:
It seems as though enamel isn't really affacted by whitening.
Of course the best solution is to give up smoking and use more natural ingredients to clean teeth

I don 't mean to nag you, but smoking is connected to ALL KINDS of health problems. If you were wise, you'd quit. If you want to live longer. I lost my grandpa to lung cancer which was from SMOKING.

Wait, you said you quit, right? Good.

Good thing I am not a smoker. I have never even tasted a cigarette in my whole life.

I wish people were wiser than this. A wise person does not seek out danger but...they must always be ready for it.

Kudos to you! Quitting smoking is quite an achievement! Some of my closest friends have been struggling with it for years. I used to think it's just a matter of will power, but I now know it's more complicated than that, which is why quitting is a milestone in my books.
