ok, so I'm a day behind because we watch it on hulu (don't have a tv in the house ) and OMG! I forgot that they weren't answering all the questions in these episodes (need too keep it going till the end right) and got so mad when they didn't answer everything. I had completely forgotten that miles could talk to the dead.

All and all I'm sooo glad it's back!

I'm guessing that suresh is now Jacob and I actually think its kinda sad that "Locke" killed richard... at least I think he did... cause I still want to know why he never aged. They'll probably answer that still, but he seemed to know soooo much about the island. I'm getting really tired of Kate. Like... really tired. Kinda like how James is fed up with the Doc. Her character is supposed to have depth but I comes off as annoying and pathetic to me. Like she's giving a really bad name to women in general. I miss the old Locke. When I saw him in the wheelchair I was like... awwww... it's Locke. And speaking of the wheelechair... WTH?! I'm thinking that there are now two realities now... like bending the time space continuum (to take from heroes) but that seems too far fetched even for Lost... any theories on that?

Well here are my thoughts (highlight!)

I'm thinking basically the same thing as you, is that now there are 2 "realities"...there is the one we're already accustomed to that we've been following the entire show (them being on the island) and then when the bomb went off, that created an alternate reality...where they never crashed. I'm sure that's it, but I'm not sure what it all really means lol.

Kate has ALWAYS annoyed me. In fact, I haven't been a fan of any of the female characters on the show. I hated Shannon, and Ana Lucia, and Claire, etc. I think the most bearable are Rose and Juliet. But Kate is especially annoying.

I think maybe you're right about Sayid being Jacob! I didn't even think about that. It's pretty obvious the the "man in black"/smoke monster is Locke, and Jacob has been around as long has he had, so why not have him reincarnate in another dead person's body? And we know that the "healing pool" wasn't working, so that didn't bring him back. Or...ORRRR, the smoke monster somehow made its way into the temple and occupied Sayid's body.

So many possibilities!

But why didn't it just reset everything! I know that's what everyone is thinking and that's totally what I'm wondering... how could they still be there if there never existed.

I didn't mind clair cause I liked that Charlie had someone I also liked when Sun grew a pair so to speak. Seeing Charlie was neat... I liked him as a character. also, did you notice how certain things had changed like shannon wasn't with the brother... I've forgotten his name. I wan't sure if Hurley was joking about the luck thing or really meant it. My hubby had mentioned that everyones lives were much more depressing when they stepped off the plane. That the island was a better life.

Why were the "others" separated with some following locke and some at the temple. I can't remember?

I have no idea why it didn't reset everything. That's LOST for you!!!

What did you think about the most recent ep? CLAIRE on the island again!!! Wow! And what exactly IS happening to Sayid? Is he being taken over by The Smoke Monster, or Jacob? We're not sure who is really the bad guy...at least I'm not. I'm kind of convinced that Jacob is actually the bad one though...and that he encouraged them to take Sayid to the temple because he was dying and he DID die...but then he came back when NOBODY expected him to, and now he's "turning evil". So I think that since Jacob died he is forming himself into Sayid's body. Hmmm...

And I was just trying to remember that myself about why they were separated. I think that it was because they just never joined up again after the time flashes. Locke and Ben ended up on the beach with that Natalia (is that her name?) girl and the others who carried Locke's coffin to Jacob's...and Kate, Jack, and company ended up in the 70's with Sawyer, Juliet, Jin, and then when the time flashes stopped they just haven't found the other flight passangers they were with when they came back? I think that's it.

We love LOST!! My sons thinks my daughter and I are nuts. He says we talk like it is real LOL!!! My daughter and I talk during the show (saying, "omg I hate Kate so much, get away from Sawyer!!")and my husband is always hushing us to be quiet. It is so hard to stay quiet with LOST. We really get so into it.

I think that you either get LOST or you don't. KWIM?

Yeah, I can't figure out why Sun didn't time travel with the rest of them... that one is killing me! I dont like crazy Claire. This last episode makes me say that fake locke (I was reading somewhere where they call him Flocke ) is the bad guy and jacob is the good guy. Claire went all Russo and now that I think about it... Russo was talking about how her team mates changed and she had to kill them... so I want to say that either the team mates had the "infection" or Russo did... I guess it doesn't really matter now.

I.DON'T.LIKE.JACK!!!!! arrrrgggg... I don't care about his past or his troubled family life or his struggle to be the good guy living up to his fathers expectations taking on the leadership role when he "doesn't want it" (yeah right) blahblahblah He killed the episode for me . I don't like jack centered episodes

I'm really excited to see what happens when claire and sawyer get together (cause sawyer was following Flocke) because sawyer knows that claire left Aaron and disappeared. that should be interesting. It was poor wording for Jin to say that Kate "took" Aaron... cause she really didn't, Claire went MIA and someone had to care for the baby.

Jump on in anytime with your theories too. All we're doing is writing theories and then turning them "white" so they're invisible till you highlight the page... they they'll be blue. that way if people don't want to read any spoilers... like I don't watch Lost till Wed on Hulu... they don't have to

Geesh, I hope I can remember how to post in white...let me try: I think that Jacob, will end up being the 'bad guy' after all. I believe that the darnk haired man who told Jacob he would find a way, (loop hole) did, with Locke/Ben (i.e. having Ben kill him) and the number thing is driving me insane. All the numbers representing the people are of course the same as the whole string of numbers in everything on the show...added together they are 108 I think...and that's the direction that Jacob wanted Hurly to set the compas...It's making my husband and I crazy! LOL We can't stop watching, kind of like a car-wreck, you WANT to look away, but CAN'T!!!!

Okay I think that worked...there's loads more but I can't think...it's late! LOL

I read somewhere that the name on 108 (when it passed by) was Wallace... I don't know if it was crossed off but I believe the name was all ready crossed off anyway.

The thing that's been driving me nuts is why Sun didn't flash back with everyone else. My hubby had said that maybe the reason why she didn't was because only the chosen where the ones who flashed which would mean Jin is the "Kwon... I don't know which one" that they're talking about.
