That stuff is awesome... and I'm sure it could be useful... other than wadding it up and flipping it at a sibling and yelling, "Ewwww... boooger!" hehe! Not that I ever did that... really... I'm not sure where you could find it. Maybe it would help to Google "Temporary adhesive" or "reusable adhesive" or something of that sort?

I would be willing to bet that it is a scrapbooking thing. Where are our scrapbookers to confirm or deny this?

It seems to me that some time ago somebody told me that stuff was cold melt glue, which is why is stays gooey. You might start there to check it out on the web.

Fugitive glue, also called credit card glue, booger glue or E-z-release glue, is a low-tack that lacks permanence. The resulting joint is removable, not permanent. There is only a minimal residue of the other material remaining on the glue, and minimal amount of damage caused to the separated surfaces.

Shipping supplies store like Uline will have it ...I even saw it few times in my local Michaels store. It was sold in box as dots.

I found some in my local Hobby Lobby store in the scrap-booking department. The only ones they had at the time were dots, though - in small, medium and large sizes. I've found that they work for so many different things! I bought the "extra sticky" ones and have been able to use them for picture collages on my refrigerator and the wall over my desk.
