Default Whats your favorite TV show?

We don't have cable, so right now my favorite show is American idol and desperate housewives. We do have the netflicks streaming box so my next favorite is Dirty Jobs and Law and order SVU

how about you?

We don't have a tv set up in the front room atm, don't really miss it too much either but if we did I'd watch Supernatural and House, other than that I try to avoid the tv because it's a time sink and I hate being bombarded with commercials and so much negativity.

Survivor.

That is the only show that I make a point of sitting down to watch. I love CSI too, but missed most of last season because we were busy renovating and never got back into it this season. I never understand what is going on when I try to watch it now.
I have the first five seasons on DVD (they were really cheap). I'm only on season two.

My husband has a few shows he watches, and I kind of 'sit' and crochet or something while he watches...I don't love anything too much right now, except "Big Bang Theory" for some reason, I just love that show! Also, I'm a fan of American Idol...although, so far I'm not impressed with this season. And Castle...

Holmes on Homes is my favorite, but it's all reruns in the United States still. They aired Season 7 in Canada last year on HGTV. I've only seen thru Season 6.

Other than that, we mostly watch Dora the Explorer and Sesame Street. But lately it feels like those two shows aren't geared toward my age group.

I like Intervention, Hoarders, World's Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers and Food Network Challenge. I like shows that deal with overcoming challenges. Everest is great, too.

Does anyone remember the old Alleene's Creative Living show that used to be on TNN, I believe? Now, THAT was a great show!! I used to love the Challenge Heidie, where people would send Heidie a piece of trash and she'd make a craft out of it-lol. I wish that show would come back.
