Default Moving up in the Ranks for FREE

Google scans constantly for content. The best way to move up and dominate the top 10 spots is to make sure you are blogging daily/regularly. Then if you submit articles to digg and searchit or stumbleupon, you will triple your efforts. Consistently blog for 30 days and you will see results.

Every once in a while, google your name or brand to see what comes up. This will give you an idea of how you are doing.

Join online groups or forums and don't forget facebook. If you are adding content there your name or brand will show.

Make use of the tags. These are very important for searches if people don't know your name or brand. And always sign your blog posts with your name and/or brand and make sure that is the first thing you put in your tags.

Just some tips I have learned.

Thank you for all this info, I sure need it. Will be refering back to this a lot as I get my web site and blog live. Anything in easy to understand language is a plus for me, I get so confused anymore. Age and Fibro fog/medication has fried my brain LOL

Thanks again,
Deborah
