facebook is a great way to promote businesses! so many people have one that some businesses even post get togethers for the general public to advertise their products!

I have a facebook page but I don't know how to really use it. I have a personal one that I can use. But my 'business' page I cannot figure out at all. I don't even know how to sign into it :/ I have to figure it out again all over every time I want to use it, so I just don't use it anymore... I'd like to though, if any one wants to help me :hint hint:

I have a personal FB page and a "Fans of" page for my Etsy store but I find that while I have several members on my fans page I don't get much response to anything I've posted on there...

How does this work for any of you? Do you find it drives traffic to your online store?

I just started a page a couple of days ago. I wish I would have done it long ago! It's so nice to see my customers become fans and it's nice to be able to post specials and make sure it gets seen.
