Does anyone know how to like something from your fan page? I always have to go back and like pages from my personal account... I'd like to start liking from my shop

this was talked about on another forum too, I don't think its possible, unless your personal accts name is your biz name.

I have a personal FB page, and a Fan page and Group for my business, with links to my website for purchases. I was surprised by how much business came from the fan and group pages.....well worth the time I spend on it each day (which is very little

It wasn't, at first, but I did a giveaway and got a lot more followers and now I have more traffic from there than anywhere else! Some people choose twitter, some blog all the time, but facebook is my favorite means of advertising. You have to find something you like to do. I have a twitter account, but it's not really my favorite thing. But I really like connecting with people on FB. It's fun!

I am thinking about setting one up too once I get my online sales going. I think it is a great idea to support each other. Which "type" of page do you think is the best way to go? Perhaps a "fan" page with a link to your actual website?

Our facebook page gets us most of our business!! we have given a lot of freebies away, a lot of referral contests, comment games. etc! I love it. plus it's sooo fun to interact with our fans and customers and to really listen to what they want! I love what I do but only because I really want my customers to love and appreciate the work as much as we truly appreciate them! It gets better!! The ads haven't done much for us though!! hehe! I own mine with 2 friends

I installed the Etsy app on my FB page, and I'm getting consistent traffic from FB to Etsy. No sales, as others have mentioned, but still it gives me hope. LOL

The only thing I've found that you can do is on the fan page you like, under the profile picture there is an option that says "add to my page's favorites". Click that & it will add that page to your page in a box on the left hand column under the fans box. Feel free to add mine to your page's favorites
