Thanks for all the great encouragement, it is really appreciated.

We've had another sale since my last post - 3 bow ties. We put them in the mail yesterday.

When I check the website tracker, it is showing that most of the visits are coming from TodaysDOD.com where we list our daily deal.

Also, Jaxx, I really like your banner on your blog. Very creative. How did you make that? I have used some of those free banner generators, but have not seen anything that nice.

Ebay has been a little slow this week, but we did sell a bow tie and cummerbund set today made of Georgia Bulldog material. I wonder where they are going to wear it? I am going to ask for a picture and start a customer photo gallery for the website.

Thanks again for taking the time to post, this is a great forum.

I noticed Woodtoyz that your website says you are from upstate New York - me too! Actually, I was born outside of Rome in Holland Patent but we moved to southwest Florida when I was 8. We used to go back for visits every year but that was a long time ago.

I love your wooden toys, they are very well crafted and filled with so much detail. You are very talented. Your website looks great, too.

We sold some more bow tie and cummerbunds sets but it was through eBay. One customer order 2 military camouflage sets. Her husband and his brother are both in the Navy and they are going to wear them to an event. I asked for picture to post on the website and she said she would send some.

I want put a picture gallery of customers wearing their bow ties on the home page of the website.

Keep on truckin'!

Thanks, Rasha, for posting. Your website is very nice, I love the design. It is very inviting and informative. You must work very hard on it.

Just bought some more material today so I sure am hoping the tie sales pick up!

Hi Katydid!

I am doing all my own site content and layout, but I have to say that I had graphics help with my banner. I told them my ideas, and they laid it out for me and I love how it looks. Their link is at the bottom of my webpage if you would like to check them out.

Congratulations on getting sales! Our first sale was from a local contact, but our first sale to someone unknown was quite the rush! Keep up the great work.

Your ties are fabulous!

Congrats! That's so awesome! I'm looking for a bow tie for my son... he's going to be Dr. Who for Halloween and ... well... the Doctor says, "Bow ties are cool."
