You are not using all of your tags, that makes it harder for people to find your items. Use the supplies you use as a tag, and all of these that you have in the description, Invinicibility star, P-balloon, 1-Up Mushroom, Cape Feather, 3-Up Moon, Super Mushroom and Fire Flower Power.
In your description you don't list what the magnets are made from, people want to know before they buy. You also are not using all your photos available on some listings. Show the other side and as Kimber said, to give an idea of size take a pic with a child or cat. I can't visualize the size even from reading it, I need visuals.
$14.50 for magnets with shipping seems very high to me. I wouldn't pay that for any kind of magnets. Have you checked to make sure you are not infiriging on a copy right by using Mario Bros?
Where is Uniontown? Add USA to your location. Most people will not know just by saying Uniontown. Location is important to a lot of people.
Put some informatioon about YOU in your profile. I found out a lot of people do read that section and they like feeling like they know the person. Don't give out a bunch of personal info but maybe how you learned what you are doing, why you sell what you do, are your products kid tested. It makes the online shopping connection between buyer and artist that Etsy is always talking about.
I wouldn't pay $30 for a plush animal if the seller says no refunds or exchanges. Actually I won't buy from anyone no matter what it is if they don't at least give exchanges. What guarantee do I have that the product is what you say it is? What if it arrives with something wrong with it?
give more information about shipping policies. How soon do you ship, how do you intend to package your plushies? Little things that a buyer usually wants to know. Many people will be drawn to the negative words, will not, if your are not. Say the same thing only use positive words. If you prefer to pay by check, I will hold your item until the check has cleared the bank. I stand behind all of my hand made items, if for some reason you aren" satisfied please contact me right away and I will do everything I can to make sure you are happy.
Sorry, I hope you don't think I am picking your shop to pieces. These are just little tihngs I have learned from both selling on Etsy and having my own studio. People want a lot of information when buying online in particular.
Are you posting on the Etsy forums? How else are you advertising? One good way to build up your feedback score is to offer PIF items, something small you can mail in an envelope to keep shipping costs down. If you see a PIF you can use, grab it. I noticed in your feedback the comment section is empty. That to me is a warning since a lot of people will give positive feedback because they feel guilty if they don't but they don't leave a comment. Maybe do a little buying to get some glowing comments on there. Heart any shop you like, many will come and check out your shop when you heart them.
You do have some adorable items and your photos are great! Just take what you can use of any comments or feedback and dismiss the rest. You got on there a little late for the Christmas sales. How about start thinking towards Easter with some smaller plushies for Easter baskets? It does take time for people to find your shop unless you are out there promoting all the time. If you don't have anything new to add to your shop then set up a schedule to relist items and get them seen again in the new listings. Get a treasury, though I think its harder to get one than it was when I was on Etsy.
Ok, I will stop now LOL. I hope you find something to help you in all my chatter. Good luck, people are getting tax checks about now and will be more apt to let go of some money.
