Default How to craft this specific Bracelet?

So I've been into a little DIY Bracelet and Necklace action lately, and now I have some leftover pieces. A friend of mine asked me if I could sort of replicate this specific bracelet for him, cause its pretty expensive:

Since it has two loops, I guess i have to meet the two loose ends inside one of these sections where there is another strap of leather wrapped around it. But how do I do that so its plenty of sturdy and stuff?
