Well gremlin gave a great list of materials that can be used in the making of beaded bracelets. He did cover pretty much everything, at least in my opinion. And of course, CraftyMomma! shared a nice link that I will consider stealing a few ideas from myself Now my question is where do you consider getting your supplies from and where are you based in? We tried buying something from Etsy, but to be honest, it was not a good idea. Instead, we actually moved on and bought a few furnaces and started making our own beads. From ceramic. As long as you have a decent imagination and an artsy spirit, you should be fine coming up with ideas. Not to brag, but you can look what we ended up producing And the process is beautiful and really artsy. You never really know what colors will you end up with. Even if you paint all bubbles or beads blue, they turn out different blue, which will give an extreme exclusivity and uniqueness to your products. So while buying supplies from someone else could be a quick solution, you will not be making anything unique worth checking out. Instead you will just put together the artwork of other people, which will leave you what? Not an artist for sure. Don't look for an easy way out.

If you mean using beads and making them, pony beads word well, you can get the tiny glass ones and do wrapped ones. If you mean making beads, polymer works great. I have done this myself.
