Default Badge Reels, lanyards and Lighter Leashes

I've been mostly just working on fabric buttons lately since time was limited but NOW I AM FREE from work and can get back to my handmade work!! WOOOT!

My badge reels have been a decent new seller and I'm glad I got into them! New types are coming to with TONS of new varieties but for now here are some new things in the shop

Lighter Leashes are available. Lighter leashes hold your standard Bic lighters...Yes for if you smoke, but their main purpose is for bowmakers who make bows on the spot at craft shows and what not. Now they can heat seal their bows with a quick pull of the lighter leash!

And I'm working on more Lanyards. This is a tester set (and on sale, wink wink). As soon as I can catch up I'll be adding more prints.

and I also did a few dual tone badge reels by sewing two fabrics together.

Thank goodness for pictures, because until I looked at yours, I had no idea what you were talking about. I thought a lighter leash was for a smaller dog. Those are definitely neat. Sometimes, it's the smaller products that can really sell like hotcakes. Very nice work.

Those are really nice. Did you ever find a pirate or a pirate ship Amy? Hey, even Florida Gator colors would be nice----if you could bring yourself to make one.

Lovely work, as usual Amy! I was wondering what on earth a lighter leash was too. Makes perfect sense now.
I like your lanyard. Much prettier than the regular type.

I do have pirate fabric but its kiddie pirate fabric. Honestly I forgot to look for the Gators fabric LOL I could prob find it on fabric.com. Ive been so forgetful. I still need to send that pattern piece for wearbourgswife..

The lighter leash can do on any button thats the beauty of these things, you make a mess of buttons and then it can go on reel, keychain or lighter leash!!

LOL I know the lighter leashes were just something I saw my friend had, who's a smoker, and I said waitaminute, that's a badge reel! So I pimped hers out and realized others might like em! I remember doing a craft show with a bowmaker and she had to keep the lighter in her lap to heat seal the bows as she made em. But with a llighter leash a bowmaker could just clip it on and go!

added a few more badge reels made with mylar buttons! I created most of the designs (ok some I swiped from google) for our experiment, and my friend www.gypsygoods.etsy.com did the button pressing for me!

Those are great. Mine would say "rather be fishing" or "rather be woodworking" or "rather be drumming"
Nice work.
