Default Fall Painted Pots

Here are some of my painted pots for fall and Halloween (my favorite time of the year!) I love doing these pots even though I'm not that great a painter! I hand paint each of them.

6" Jack-o-Lantern

I always put a surprise on the inside of my pots. The jack-o-lantern has eyes!!!

Fun Candy Corn! The imperfections on each pot give them character! I am not a professional painter so there are imperfections in my painting!

Candy corn inside the Candy Corn!

This is one of my favorites! The front has a haunted house and the back is a spider & his web. The pot is a 10" pot.

Ghost inside the haunted house.

I love those! They're so cheerful and cute!

Did you use put the paint right on the pot or did you use a primer first?

I really like the little surprise inside them too.

Thank you! I use white to prime when I'm using a light color but other than that, I paint right on the pot.

Those are cute. I really like the candy corn one.
Do you use them for candy?

I use them for just about everything! lol! I do make candy bouquets in them. I have my kitchen utensils in a 10" one, my hairbrushes in a 6" one. My kids have their pencils and pens in some that they painted! One of my favorite things to do with them is to do personalized ones for babies or weddings and make gift baskets with them.
