I just saw this online somewhere else. Yours is so nice. I have to add this to "my project book." How long did it take to make? I might list the projects by easy and hard, quick and timely.

Yours really dresses up your outfit. Love it!!

Great blog too!! Thanks for sharing it and the tutorial. I just saw some else make a ruffle t shirt. It came out really nice. Lots of basting layers of t shirt. Probably a little more time consuming. But worth the effort.

Cindy,

It didn't take any time at all, probably about 15 mins, and that's just because it was the first one and I wasn't comfortable with what I was doing. With practice, they probably take 10 mins.
