^^I'm like that with a lot of things generally. I have to be in a creative mindset to do some things.. and if I miss it then gotta wait for next time...
I have a room that's kinda like the blue/green issue. The room is light green during the day and at night seems almost like neon green LOL

What's that? Like a glow in the dark neon green?

Show some pics! I love pics of decors! I love seeing others ideas.

~~~Well, that's alright Barb. This thread started March 27th and you just found it today. It was started in 2010 and you found it in 2010, and that's the important thing.~~~
Okay, I'm all caught up now. Tracy, this is an awesome thread! I love what you've done! Your mom did a great job on the curtains.
The picture in your bedroom with the headless bride reflection in the mirror is cool. Before you wrote about what your husband said, I wondered if anyone else saw it that way. Too funny.
The table and chairs looked fine before you painted the chairs, but they look awesome black.
I painted a sofa table black last summer and left the top of it the natural color. I really like it.
One of these days I'm going to post pictures of my entryway and ask your advice on what to do with it.
Barb
I will have to take pics LOL. During the day it ranges from a pale pastel green, to a light but greyish green. At night it looks like a bright green apple LOL. It all depends on the light that's hitting it. When I first put it up it was in a closet, and it kinda scared me since I did it at night. But the next day it was allright, and we didn't have the money to go get something else....
Yes, take a break from the yard Tdi, and go inside, get the camera, go to your neon room and **click, click, click**
Ugh!! I'm so late to jump into this thread. I hate it when I overlook pages!
I absolutely love your house, Tracey! *jealous* And, no, the rest of my house doesn't look like yours (unfortunately for me). I really love how you decorate. Do you collect tea sets? I saw that one in your kitchen. It's very pretty.
Thanks Katy! I've only collected the miniture ones and now I'm giving those away with my note cards. Along with some mini boots.
The teapot goes with my china. When I moved here in 2002 I didn't have a place to "showcase" them. Our other home had a built in china cabinet.
My decorating is years and thousand of thoughts in the making. And I'm still thinking!
