Cool Magnets From Old Cards

Items needed:
• Greeting Cards/Cut Outs
• Craft Knife/Scissors
• Hot Glue Gun or Elmer’s Glue
• Magnet Pieces

For this project you can use the bits of card that you cut out if you think they will make cute magnets. Some cards are not good for frames, but great for cutting out pieces. In the photo you see a butterfly magnet, which is part of a card that could not be used as a frame.

So you want to get your piece of card, and make sure you trim it up to the size you want. Next you will be putting the magnets on the back. Some of the self-adhesive ones work great. Once you have the magnet on the back you are ready to show off your work. Read More

There is a slide show on this one.. Shows off some other magnets!

The butterfly looks real to me. That's a good idea, making ref magnets. Just remembered, we need more ref magnets. Thanks for the idea.
