Default Doll Quilts for my DD's

The first quilt is a matching quilt for my youngest DD (she is 10 months old) for her to grow into for her dolls. It has two of each fabric to match with. I just used embroidery floss to tie it - it was super quick and easy to do it this way!

The second quilt is for my oldest DD (she is 2). It's an I-Spy Quilt. I stippled it. My first attempt at it - I was pretty impressed with the quilting, other than a couple of areas where I overlapped (it's really hard to stipple with invisible thread!) and my stitch length got a little wonky in places.

and a close up of the stippling:

So cute!

I have not yet attempted to quilt... I have made clothing so I am not sure why this seems so overwhelming LOL! May have to make one for my dd's after seeing this. Awesome job!
