That's a pretty good list, although I think some of it is unnecessary. I think first you need to decide what kind of show you are doing. I noticed you sell a variety of items, but at a juried show they will most likely ask you to "specialize" in one area because they will have a limit on how many of each kind of vendor so that the place isn't filled with all the same items. If your going to start smaller, like a church bazaar, then you have more freedom to put all your different items on the table and see what are your best sellers. In which case, I still recomend that you seperate the different items into groupings and do like mini displays of each so that people aren't overwhelmed by your table.
As for setup....the biggest mistake I think people make is that they don't build UP with their displays. If it's flat, the person from across the room can't see it! I bought some simple shoe racks like
these (the one in the centre). They were cheap, collapsable, and allow you to create teirs to your table. I cover mine with a table cloth and use the shelving at the back to organize my packaging. Do not lay your jewelry and keychains flat on the table. You could use a padded picture frame and pin your pieces into it and place it on an easle for example.
With the items you sell, you can have a lot of fun with display! Do a mock up at home before your show so you know what your doing the morning of, and HAVE FUN
