Thumbs up Link to CraftForum.com

I want CraftForum.com to grow into a large community, but to do that I need your help.

I'm trying to get as many people as possible to link to us with either a text link or with a banner on their own websites. You all have some great websites and I'd be proud to have our logo displayed on them!
Below you will find instructions on how to add a link to your site and we will be adding more and more banners to this thread as we get them made.

As a "Thanks" for linking to us please add a link back to your own website in your Signature.

Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------
  • Choose the text link or banner that you want on your site from the ones below.
  • Highlight the code under the Textlink or Banner
  • Copy the code (Right mouse click choose copy, or Ctrl C)
  • Open your web page in a text editor
  • Paste the code into your web page where you would like the button or banner to appear (Right mouse click choose Paste, or Ctrl V)
  • Save your updated web page

Actually, you spreading the word to your friends about the site is even better than a link... thanks!

I don't have a website or store, but I did mention it in the crafting section of another forum I take part in.

I read the profile of another member of this forum. He/she found out about this forum on Craig's List.

That's a neat idea! I think I'll go on there and post some ads in the 'arts & crafts' area there.

The nice thing about it is that you can post an ad in any city you want. At least I think they allow that.

Actually I posted it on Craigs List Craft Forum this morning. The forum is international!

Good idea! Is the CL Craft Forum the same as posting an ad in the 'arts & crafts' section for a person's local city?

LOL. It's probably your ad that brought the person here who's profile I was reading.

Barb, there is an actual craft forum on CL.....but oddly enough I just went to CL to see if there were any comments and my post was no longer there. That is funny because...ican't imagine why it would be deleted.
Very odd!

Hmm....that is weird.

I'm posting an ad in the arts & crafts listings in some of the larger cities. I'll let you know if they remove mine too.

They really should leave the ads on there. If there was a really nice website I didn't know about, I'd appreciate someone posting an ad about it.

Oops! I guess I have to change the wording in each ad. Tried posting one in Denver and got a message that I already posted a similar ad.

Oh, well.

We'll see what happens.
