You can buy fabric sheets that you run through your printer, I get them at hobby lobby or joanns. They come with or without adhesive backs.
You can also make your own out of a cotton fabric, iron it onto wax paper, cut to the size of printer paper and just print out what you want on them. Then pull off the wax paper and sew, staple, pin, or what ever you want to do to them. I make decals for tshirts that way, they look way better than the iron on transfers I think. If you try it make extra sure there are no strings hanging from your fabric, they will mess up your printer if they get caught.

You could buy clear contact paperm cut a piece a few inches larger than your clipart. Peel off the backing and put the clipart in the center then stick it on the front of the drawer. (I think it should stick to the drawer fabric,)
