Most of my stash was in storage, as I have to have work done on the flat (rewiring etc.) I now find that my e-bosser, sewing machine and all my dies have been stolen, along with 2 metal drawer units full of card and paper. Bummer, I hope that the scrap merchant gets suspicious but many of them just do not care.

I'm so sorry that happened glynisrose. That's just awful. I hope you can get the missing items back or get them replaced soon.

Was it supposed to be a secure storage?

No, it wasn't secure storage, a friend offered space as storage and did tell me it wasn't insured but being desperate I took it! I am hoping to build up stash over time as to replace everything would be too costly.

So sad glynisrose ... My machine hoarding is fueled by "what ifs" like that. I hope you can find replacements soon.

Gremlin- waiting for my youngest to finish her egg painting- and then I will post photos.

I disappeared too. My computer blew up last summer, then the new one went weird and had to be wiped clean, then we were away.
Now I am trying to get the yard work done!
Oh, and a husband that retired and is making it difficult to get things done. I am trying to learn and adjust to a much different schedule.

Hello all. I haven't been on in a long time. Hard to find time to craft lately. I mended a pillow just now and that is the most I've done in a long time.

I have noticed the same thing when I check in. Maybe if there were mre subdivisions, it mighty encourage more postings. Maybe some more categories have to be added. For example under the category of SEWING, there could be a section, for quilting, apparel, toys, accessories, bags and totes or something similar. The same thing could be done with KNITTING and CROCHET. There could be a section for NEEDLEWORK, with a section for embroidery, cross stitch and needlepoint. As I don't do WOOD CRAFTS or METAL CRAFTS, I don't know how that could be subdivided. There could be a seperate sectin for JEWELRY, CLAY, etc. These are just my thoughts.
