I was thinking it might be fun to get a bunch of people together to do a gift exchange among members of the forum...
We could set a small budget limit (up to $10-15 for supplies?), then I can keep a spreadsheet with everybody's address (that you PM to me), and then I can match you up with a partner (or if you'd rather, I can list everybody's non-private info, like favorite colors etc, on a Google Spreadsheet and everybody can pick one themselves and mark it off as people are chosen...)
If enough people sign up and it's successful maybe we could make it a once a month/every couple months kind of event.
What do you say? If several people are interested I will edit this post with sign up info.

Sign Up Info
Okay since we've got a few people who are interested here are some guidelines I've come up with. Please let me know if you can think of anything else (additional questions, etc) or if you think something should be changed.
I've created
a spreadsheet here. Anybody can edit it to add your information. Once you're done with that, please remember to PM me with your mailing address. I can then match you up with a partner at the end of the sign up period (let me know if you have a specific partner request).
Guidelines
- If you would like to participate, please make sure to sign up on the spreadsheet by February 11th.
CLOSED. WE HAVE CHOSEN PARTNERS FOR THE CURRENT SWAP. PLEASE JOIN US NEXT ROUND!
- You will be matched with a partner. If your partner has indicated on the spreadsheet that it's okay, you may contact them directly by PM to ask them more specific questions if necessary for your project.
- Just in case there's any confusion, we're aiming for one partner per person.
- The maximum price range for supplies is $15. Please do not exceed this amount. There is no minimum cost.
- Please have your completed project in the mail no later than March 1st.
- When you mail your package, please request a confirmation/tracking number and PM it to me.
- When you've received your package in the mail from your partner, make sure you let them know and share with everybody here in this thread what you got!
Tips!
- If you're communicating with your partner, try to keep an element of surprise to what you're making for them! It will be more fun if participants don't know exactly what they'll be getting in the mail!
- "Stalk" your partner on the forums for a few days, pay attention to what they like! We all want to give and receive gifts that are meaningful (right?
