Default Bread sack

I want to make this bread sack. Taken from a restaurant in Italy!
Should I make it with muslin or vintage dish towels? I think I am going to insert a heavy interfacing to make it stand up. What r your thoughts, thanks

It looks like a heavy muslin (or even a lighter weight denim) would work nicely. It might even be sturdy enough to stand on it's own.

Maybe something heavy on the outside, and lined with a dish towel? Gremlin is right, it may stand up without the interfacing.

Vintage dish towels would be sooo cute if you could make it work!! I'm really into vintage dish towels and aprons right now.
