Alpaca Wacka

I'm fairly new at sewing-maybe you pros have already thought of this. It recently occurred to me that the wide rolls of leftover Christmas wrapping paper I have would work great for tracing patterns out. I even have some paper with the graph lines on the back-it seems to work wonderfully and is wide enough to accomodate just about anything I can imagine I would be tracing out!

That is a good idea! I hate how flimsy pattern paper is though so I like to use legal size file folders

Oh wrapping paper, good idea. I use freezer paper quite often. If it is on sale I grab a few rolls and it lasts forever. Another thing is cheap interfacing makes a great pattern paper. It doesn't tear or get worn out like paper does.
