Default Christmas Bags

I am just starting to get back into sewing and I want to try to make some Christmas bags to carry my grandchildrens gifts. I would like to make them with bells and bows, are they very hard to make?

I guess it depends on what kind of bag you want. I've done a simple tote bag before. That wasn't too hard.

Angry Christmas bags

Thank you so much for answering me. I made the bag and am now having trouble with the draw string. How do I secure it? So it doesn't slip through and I am putting some christmas rope and how do I keep it from ravelling?

I saw this but I wasn't for sure what kind of gift bag you were making. But, I've put three tutorials for you and hopefully they will help.

Sorry I didn't get back to you. I must have missed this.

I would thread it through and tie together, if it's how I'm picturing it in my head. That should solve both problems.
