I just ordered this pattern here http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/?p=198 to make for my little guy. Last time I was at Joanns I saw this really cute airplane knit fabric for $10/yard. There's a 50% off coupon this week so I'm going to get it..idk, maybe tonight. My plan is to make some pants out of it, then cut out an airplane and applique it to a white t-shirt. He has some little airplane robeez so its a complete outfit!

I just want to bump this up and give a shout out to Kymy for linking the www.youcanmakethis.com website!! This is where I got the pattern to make my little one's pants I posted about, and the pattern was great!! Easy to understand. And I loved being able to print it out on regular paper instead of that @#$% super flimsy pattern paper, lol!!! Having them actually turn out correctly was a huge confidence booster too! I will say that my dh was laughing at me, because I had the laptop sitting next to my sewing machine on the table, because I didn't want to print out all the directions. But it worked!!!

I do that too!!!!!!!! Except I haven't been caught and laughed at yet. Why waste paper and ink?
