Default Can we talk about COPIC markers??

So a friend of mine...I won't mention any names ...(I am sure she will see this and post) She is building her set...just started. I think she said she is up to 10 now...Well, what she has made and shown me is amazing! I always have purchased SU! markers and they are not that much cheaper...So what is the benefit of having copics? How does everyone like them and can I see some projects you have done using them?
Pretty Please!!!

It depends on what quality you get in comparison to Stampin Up ones. Some of the lines are only a little bit more but some are quite a bit more. I've seen a ton of great projects done with them. I already have almost all the Stampin up ones though since I got a great deal on ebay.

One of the websites I buy most of my stuff from may start carrying Copics though. If they do and have a good deal, I may pick some up to try them.

Are copics refillable? I'd love to try some, but they aren't in my budget right now (but will be once we are debt-free!)

I've been wondering about Copic markers for a couple years now.

I found a list on a website that gave the color names of each of the Copics that was identical in color to almost all of the Stampin' Up markers.

If I find the list, I'll post it here if anyone wants to see it.

Do the Copics have pigment ink in them?

Default I Like Markers

I've been watching the blog I Like Markers (http://ilikemarkers.blogspot.com/) because it has some good examples and tutorials on coloring with markers - especially Copics. I currently only own three (limited budget) so I haven't done a lot of playing with them. I'm also a bit intimidated - the work I've seen others do is amazing and I'm not sure I can match that level!
