Default Stampin' Up!'s new clear stamps?

Has anyone seen the new clear stamps from Stampin' Up! ? I saw them in the new mini catalog yesterday.

I have clear stamps from other companies and the acrylic blocks, but I'm wondering about some of the details of the Stampin' Up stamps.

They aren't actually clear acrylic stamps, but clear mount stamps. So they are still rubber so should be the same quality. I'm assuming the use a similar system as EZ mount which is what I've used to make all my wood mounted stamps, clear mounted

Ok so I got to try/see them today. They are still the rubber stamps, just have the clear mount. They worked great and are still a great quality. I just ordered a set from their new mini

Cool! Thanks. The mini has a lot of nice stuff in it.

I'm glad they didn't switch to acrylic.

I had the chance to use them this week and I will say...Great Job SU! Same awesome quality. I am def going to be purchasing their unmounted stamps vs. their mounted going forward. I won't say how many sets I ordered out of their new mini ...LOL
But...I will say that the storage case is wonderful as well. It is a plain DVD case. Who would have thought?! Very nice!

Yeah I bought one new set but have a wish list for the next few months. I'll prob still switch them to my CD case storage though since it's smaller and then it will all match. I love the new mini. so many cute things. I only wish that they made the Tess stamp a die cut instead, similar to their bear cuts. Would give so many more options for making cute outfits out of patterned paper w/o having to hand cut it all.

I have them (2 sets) and have already used them. I love them...easy to store, easy to use. I would like to convert my old wood mount stamps as soon as I figure out how to do it and still look uniform with the two I have.
