Default Play wooden kitchens anyone

So I am needing help to build a play wooden kitchen. I would like to have seperate pieces because we are military and I think that the movers are less likely to break the set in the move if it is seperate also we never know how much space we will have at the next house this way we can move it around if we have to. I would love any and all help you all can give me thanks!!

I think my must haves are a stove, a fridge/frezzer, I want a sink which I guess could have a dish washer or just storage under it ??? Anything else would be great just not sure what or where. like a microwave, a place

I was thinking of puting a piece of plexi glass in the front of the stove so you could look in. and magnetic paint on the fridge so she could put magents up on the fridge. I have no clue what to make the burners out of so they look real. Also what to do with the knobs. I could use real ones but how do I make them click or sound like she is turning it on. Really any ideas to make the thing more enjoyable for her, stimulating, or realistic would be great. I am completely open for suggestions and willing to take all advice you give.

Thanks!

This link had some good points

I like the suggestion of using paint can lids for the burners.

as far as the knobs go I was thinking maybe something like these sprockets. You would attach a sprocket to the back side of your knob and the sprocket would rotate with the knob. Then there would be a stationary piece of plastic that, when turning the knob, would rub up next to the sprocket and make the ratcheting sound as you turned the knob. It seems to work in my head... i don't actually know if it would work in real life.

as found at the most addicting site I've seen in quite a while... thank you Charmedp3 (http://www.sciplus.com/category.cfm/subsection/19 scroll down to the bottom ish but don't stay for too long or you'll get lost )

Try this site! Along the right hand side you will see a search box. Search the term Kitchen there and you should find some good plans to help you with buying materials and building your kitchen.
