Do you know what Fat Quarters are Del? About that size.

Anyway, that's what I was thinking of. You would be surprised how many quilters/crafters and the like, would love those size drawers.

Del, if you want something even faster, try to find an Ace hardware store and ask them for a duplex mandrel sanding wheel. Then just chuck it into your drill press.

You exhaust straight outside? You must not live in the city, or I would think neighbors would complain.

I have a dust collector with drop down pipes.

Yeah, I hear you. Dust will make you crazy. I have a Jet dust collector as well as blast gates on all of my pipes. I don't have a remote. I put my dust collector behind a door and wired the switch to the wall so I can turn it off from the wall, then open the door to empty the collector. I don't use the two-stage system because I compost my sawdust. I also have a Jet overhead filtration system to take out the fine microns. It's on a remote so I don't have to climb up there to turn it on and off.

All of my drop down pipes either are piped directly to my machinery or have elbows pointing in that direction. For my scroll saw, I also use a screen so that I don't loose small parts. For the lathe, I have a bell that hangs right over the top to catch the shavings as they come off the wood.

It took me over a year to get this whole system set up. I found out that there is no such thing as one system for everybody.
