Default Where to find a quality hardwood keepsake box?

We are adopting our second son in March. We want to find a special box to gift to the baby's birth mother to keep her special notes, cards, pictures, momentoes in related to the adoption. The box I WANT we can't afford (Sticks at a whoppin' $385). Does anyone know where I can find a quality hardwood box, plain or not, that would be large enough to be a table-top keepsake box? I may just get a plain one and attempt the woodburning, painting and staining myself if I feel brave.

Here is what I want, but can't afford. Doesn't have to be a piece of art like this, just similar in size, etc.:

Definitely try Etsy. Search through the Handmade section and see if you can find anything similar. If you find someone who sells something similar you can send them a message through Etsy (called "conversations") and let them know specifically what you want and they may tailor it to your specific requests.

I have found every handmade anything that I have ever looked for on Etsy! Good luck!

I could easily re-create that style from any hardwood you like.
But it'd cost a few $$$.... and it would not be an exact duplicate.
I don't copy other's works.

I know it's kinda hit or miss but antique shops and flea markets might be a good way to go
