I also suffered from tummy pain. My doctor recommended me to eat gluten-free food. Also I read about food sensitivity test (I use canadian pharmacy online to order meds and to read the descriptions of them). It turned out to be very useful and helpful. Now I am gluten free and don't have any issues with stomach and skin.
