When I'm toasting marshmallows I usually don't have melted chocolate on hand.. but it could be next time we do a fondu party and toast them over the stove and then dip.. Probably won't be the same though LOL
If the fires hot enough and the marsmallow is melty, it will melt the chocolate that I place on it for a second, before it goes in my mouth though...

How about toasting the marshmallow until it's golden brown, pull the stick out and push a couple chocolate chips inside where the stick was.

Or, someone said there's a new, larger marshmallow in the stores now. Toast one of those, microwave it for 5 seconds to let the inside get warm, and push a Hershey's kiss in the middle.

Oooo. Great idea. I have a bag of those marshmallows. I just got them. I swear they look like they're on steroids or something.

A Hershey's kiss in the middle would be a bonus for sure.

I usually just break off a piece of whatever chocolate bar we're using to make smores, usually Hersheys...So one "rectangle" of it. Put that on top of the marshmallow as I take it off the stick and then pop it in my mouth quick. Works just fine.. no complicated stuff, it's camping!!!
