Convenience Store Corn-Beef Soup
This is a great soup using canned goods from your neighborhood convenience store. If you don't have onions, omit it totally and just mix all the canned goods together and simmer. Eat alone or serve with hot toasted bread.
Cooking Oil
Sliced Onions
1 small can of Chunky Corned Beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water (use the can of cream of mushroom to measure)
1 can cream of corn
Saute onions in oil until translucent.
Add corned beef and cook until the edges are a bit brown and crusty.
Add cream of corn, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Mix well and simmer for around 5 minutes. Serve piping hot.
