Default Favorite Chinese recipes

What are your favorite Chinese food recipes? We love takeout, but our budget doesn't. One of my favorites is homemade eggrolls:

Pork chops
Olive oil
Ginger, fresh grated
Garlic, chopped fine
Cabbage
Water Chestnuts, chopped
Soy Sauce/Sesame oil/Hot sauce
Salt
Pepper
Egg Roll skins

Finely chop the pork in a food processor. Heat the olive oil, and add the ginger and garlic. Cook the pork until fully cooked, and remove from pan. Saute cabbage, onion, and water chestnuts until tender, season as desired and return meat to pan.

Use filling to fill premade eggroll skins, folding like an envelope. Deep fry and serve with mustard and duck sauce.

I would probably substitute chicken, but beef might work?

I have an egg drop soup recipe but I'll need to find where I put it . I'll share when I can find it-it's way easy (it has a lot of sodium though)

oh no... of course not!
it's just that most times when we see the word 'chinese' in the forums, it's usually in relation to spam....
but you ARE sent to the corner for saying it's homemade, but then you say to use PREmade skins... *naughty-naughty*
I'll let you know when you can come out.

Huh! Never knew that!

The premade skins are as homemade as I get right now

I have been getting started as a potter WAHM trying to promote my pottery a little on another forum, but don't want to be spamming in any way!!

Here, it's not spam if you promote things you craft yourself!
You may come out of the corner now.
