I made them, but I didn't use any flour. We had people coming and I didn't want them to come out bad by experimenting LOL..
I threw a WHOLE slew of things in there!
So: I didn't have 2 cups of white sugar so 1/2c white sugar, 1 1/2c brown sugar. (I think next time I'll use a little less sugar)
I also didn't have regular milk, I had some oat milk that I had made for myself. I used that instead, worked like a charm!

As for afterward:
I skipped the peanut butter..
Added cinnamon, allspice, ginger and ground cloves along with vanilla for spices.
A bunch of shredded coconut
and a bunch of white chocolate and milk chocolate chips. I put them in while it was still semi-warm, so some were melty and some stayed whole. Very yummy!!

These are incredibly easy, quick and versatile! I will try some flour next time, but the oatmeal kinda gives it dimension and I think the flour would be too goopy alone. But I'll fiddle with it!

They were quite yummy and everyone enjoyed them! (minus my cousin, he's allergic to coconut) I forgot, didn't think that coconut is still a nut.... But, more for us then I guess LOL
They are quite tastey!!
