Here`s a recipe for Soup. It`s really yummy, we just had it at a girl`s night out supper:

Italian Wedding Soup
Italian Sausage, cut into bite size pieces
Kale, chopped
Leeks, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Oil
Chicken Stock
1 ˝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2-3 cans White Kidney Beans

In soup pot brown sausage pieces, leeks and garlic. When leeks are transparent add kale. Cover with lid to “steam” kale. Add red pepper flakes (optional). Stir in chicken stock and drained kidney beans. Simmer until ready to serve.
