Default Tofu Fries - Anyone?

Crispy chippies!

Here is a carb-friendly version of our fave munchies. TOFU FRIES.

Drain 1 block of tofu and pat dry with paper towels. Cut tofu into "fries". Lightly coat tofu fries with flour. Deep-fry by batches for 4 to 5 minutes each or until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels. Season with salt and serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.

hmm.. sounds like it'd work.. I'd probably season it some since tofu alone doesn't taste too great... maybe make the same batter as the onion rings!
