Tater tot casserole
ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 pounds of Hamburger
1 onion
4 can cream of chicken soup
a bag of tater tots
2 cans green beans
grated cheese
I fry the hamburger with some chopped onion.
Drain it. Spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup in
a 9 X 13 inch pan, put the hamburger in and spread it
out. Then put 1 1/2 cans of cream of chicken soup on
top of the hamburger. Open the green beans and drain. Put the beans on top of the hamburger. Then place the tater tots in rolls to fill the pan. Spread the rest of the cream of chicken soup on top. (1 1/2 cans) Put some grated cheese on it and bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.

Well if I didn't live with the pickiest eaters in the whole world, I would make Tamale Pie, tuna noodle, and lots of others that I've never tried but sound SO tasty when I read them in the cookbook LOL! When my DH and DS won't eat any veggies and DS won't eat any meat except chicken nuggets or any sauce of any kind except Kraft Mac and Cheese sauce, it really limits the options!

I love casseroles!!!
My husband really does not like fish but he asks me for bruchetta fish. I use taliapia on sale a can of italian seasoned chopped tomates, a box of stove top stuffing, a small amout of bottled italian salad dressing, shredded italian cheese.
I spray a glass pie plate with pam, layer in fish - thickest pieces toward the outside, lightly sprinkle with itl. dress, combine tomatoes and stuffing spread evenly on top bake about 30 mins.at 350 top with cheese put back in for 5 mins or until fish is cooked.
Yummy!!!!

I am not the one to ask. I make everything by throwing it together. I raised 4 kids that weren't that picky and my DH and I are plenty over weight.
