I fry the hamburger with some chopped onion.
Drain it. Spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup in
a 9 X 13 inch pan, put the hamburger in and spread it
out. Then put 1 1/2 cans of cream of chicken soup on
top of the hamburger. Open the green beans and drain. Put the beans on top of the hamburger. Then place the tater tots in rolls to fill the pan. Spread the rest of the cream of chicken soup on top. (1 1/2 cans) Put some grated cheese on it and bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.

I do mine slightly different, yours is prolly healthier though, I just do the hamburger, the tater tots, and instead of the cream of chicken I do cream of mushroom and a can of cream of onion

My family says I make the best green bean casserole...I only make that for Thanksgiving though. The casserole that I bring to pretty much every gathering and gets rave reviews is my homebaked spicy mac and cheese. I add ham and broccoli to it and use big FAT noodles instead of macaroni.

If you don't mind sharing, what do you do with your green beans? The only green bean casseroles I've tried are very bland.

Also, If you ever want to share the recepie to the mac and cheese I'm all ears

My son made that a couple of months ago and we were just talking about it at dinner and how we would like it again. We found it in the Womans World magazine. If I remember right it was easy to make. I will have to look it up.

Hmm...cheddar cheese. I don't think I added that in mine. That would give it a really good flavor. I didn't have the fried onions so I made my own. They were amazing! So much better than the canned ones. They were really simple to make too.

I'll have to go online and see the Womans World one but this sounds similar. Sounds really good with the cream of mushroom too.
