I've been looking for these pics for a couple weeks and finally gave up and asked my brother to make me a copy of them on a CD. But tonight I found them in my catastro... I mean closet.
I'm just going to post the pics for now. In a few days I'll go through and explain a few things about them.
They are taken in Cade's Cove in Tennessee. It might be a state park.

Those are very nice Barb. Clear pics. It looks familar! I remember another place with a picket fence...can't remember the name of it though. But, the Smokey Mountains are nice. Love the creeks as a kid....but cold? Whoa! My parents took us up there camping. Good memories. We would go to the mountains in June camping and then to Panama City Beach in August camping. It was great looking back, but I also know how much time is spent setting up camp, cleaning, cooking, and keeping it clean and then packing up again. We stayed a week at a time. And my brothers and I would go home with poison ivy EVERY year. It would clear up just in time to hit the beach in August. I guess that was my parents idea of a "luxury" vacation. Or they roughed it to appreciate the luxuries of home!
I love those pictures, Barb! They look a lot like here at home. I love camping. That was my vacation when I was a kid, too, Tracey. Those are the best memories!
