Although I know how to knit, I have my daughter knit some toy animals which I assemble, stuff and put facial features on them. They usually sell quite well.

I've also donated some of my stuff to the local NICU unit for the premies, as my son had a stay there, I do a lot of work for charity anyways which also makes me happy. I have volunteered to raise awareness for children with Autism

I also donate quite a bit to various organizations. My latest rug is going to the Historical Society for their education program.

you name it, I crocheted it! I've done blankets, hats, socks, slippers, pot holders, dishcloths, shirts, scarves, mittens, handbags, cell phone/eyeglass case, ornaments balls, barbie clothes, etc. I've donated prayer shawls to my church, hats for premies. My fav is doing dresses for 13 1/2 inch dolls. I made 2 of them recently for an auction at my local library. I do sell some of my things, but mainly give them as gifts.

Someone had given me a Mary Maxim 13" fashion doll bride kit she had purchased years ago. She wants me to make it so we can use it for a raffle prize. I haven't done anything with it yet as I have been busy with other things. I have to have it finished before November.

I don't do well with such a long deadline. I will just procrastinate until like 2 weeks before, Especially with things that don't take long to do. I figure, well it only takes 4 days (or whatever) to make. I've got plenty of time. I'm one that likes to have a short deadline. I"m better underpressure: )
