Patriotic Crafts - Craft of the Month - July 2010

Welcome to July's Craft of the Month contest.

What is the Craft of the Month Contest?
Each month we are going to pick a theme or topic and everyone can create a craft based on that theme. Your free to create whatever you like using any type of crafting method but it must be something you create and it must be inspired by our theme of the month.

How do you enter?
Take some pictures of the completed project and one or two of you making it. Then post the pictures along with a brief explanation of the project and how you completed it to this thread. Feel free to comment on other projects and have fun in this thread but only posts with photos and explanations will be considered valid entries.

How is a winner picked?
At the end of each month we will use Random.org to pick winner. The winner will receive a $50 Amazon.com gift card.

What is the theme for this month?
Patriotic Crafts

Hey Guys! As long as you have a tutorial which applies to the rules here, you can post the same Patriotic items in the Patriotic Member's Challange!

You don't have to make a tutorial for the challenge. The tutorial is needed for theme suggestion submissions.

I think I'm confused. By a brief explanation, do you mean that we should list materials used and show how we made it? Isn't that the same as a tutorial?

I like this theme. Maybe I can finish the items that I didn't complete for the Patriotic Challenge.

This is how i'm reading it,
as long as we have a few pics of our crafting of said entry we can still enter the same ones from the previous members challenge.
If its a new entry then remember to take a few pics along the way.
You can check out Barbs entry to the fathers day challenge, she shows a few simple pics of her progress.

I believe you can enter as many as youd like but in different post so they have their own post # to each entry.
