My grandson cut the silver string off of these. The Santa Claus ornament was lost until yesterday, so I couldn't get a picture of it on the tree.

Thanks Tracy. Those were taken with my new camera. I still have to learn how to use it though. I had it on the automatic setting... with a telephoto lens .

And I was lucky that the sun was shining through the window (in Michigan?!) and it was late in the day, so the lighting was good.

Hey everyone,
I'm just popping in real quick again to send out a big Thank You to all who participated,
I know that one participant didn't send out even though she received and I wanted to send out my apologizes for this,
I still haven't heard back from her.
I hope that in any future swaps/exchanges this doesn't happen again nor stop you from participating in anymore future ones.

I truly loved doing this. It kept me busy, dreaming, and a chance to show off my stuff. AND made me try to do it to perfection. I loved all my ornaments. A big thank you to Jess and all our ornament giving members!!!

I will most likely participate in another one, as long as I trust the participants. I just dont know how to 'weed out' the ones who will flake (as Pinokeeo put it in another post).

I don't think there's a way to 'weed out' the flakes. Whenever you swap, you take a chance.

This was fun and I hope that we do it again soon. Maybe we'll have some sort of guidelines to minimize the chance of flakes happening.

in my other craft groups they removed the flakers and reported them to bad swap groups...but count me in for all future ornament swaps, i had a blast...my christmas card tree was full of beautiful ornaments from all my new friends, cant wait to do it all over again. but it is a pity that someoe has to ruin it for others. And now that I cant work any more because of my back and RA, I have lots more time to work on my crafts...and now i have a blog which i post the pics of the crafts on and i post recipes and reviews and such..so i am just as busy if not more so lol
