New Forum Swap Guidelines--Please Read Before Signing up to Swap

Because of the recent turnover of members, we have decided to put in place some swapping guidelines. This will keep us all on task, so that nobody gets flaked on.

Please note: These guidelines are not for private swaps between two members.

Swappers:

You must be 16 years of age or older.
You must be a member for three months and have a minimum of 15 posts.
At least three of your posts must contain photos of your own crafts.
You must also be sure that you can fulfill your end of the swap before signing up.
If you live in the US, you must obtain a delivery confirmation number when mailing packages.
If you are going to be sending late, please notify the organizer AND your swap partner.
You may not be involved in more than three swaps at any time.
If you flake on a swap, you will not be allowed to swap again until you have successfully delivered your package.

Organizer:

The organizer must have successfully completed at least one other swap.
The organizer should also make sure that each swapper meets all of the guidelines.
The organizer is ultimately responsible for any flakers.
The organizer will set down the parameters of the swap in the first post, including what the swap is about, who will be swapping and when the swap deadline will be.

Swap Angels:
If you would like to sign up to be a swap angel (in the event of a flaker), please let your organizer know before the swap starts.

This is pretty standard for many other sites that offer swapping.
