Default Recycled seeds or grow your own beads.

I discovered these interesting beads many years ago. The little Job's Tears beads are quite easy to grow in this climate here in Tennessee all they ask for is good rich soil and drainage, they like their soil damp ,a little organic matter never goes a miss in growing them. As yet I haven't made any jewelry ,I have lots of ideas, sea glass comes to mind to mix with the beads, then clusters of beads hung on different lengths of wire for earrings . I thought of adding a few to the wood pendants I paint but I use leather cord for those and the bead hole is far to tiny. The very neat part about these beads is nature made a hole completely through the bead, all we humans have to do is pull the little tuft at the top of the tear drop shape of the bead then there is the hole, all ready for stringing.

Very interesting that you can grow beads. I also would like to see what comes of them.

I scored a beaded shirt at goodwill for 99 cents, its covered with tiny wood beads all over the front of the shirt ,course I have to remove them, don't think I could buy that amount of beads for 99 cents. Hopefully I will get inspired to string them into some thing.

I like the recycling. I once bought one of those beaded car seats, just to get the beads. Cost me a dollar. I knew I couldn't buy the beads for that. And I actually used most of the beads for other projects.

Those are pretty cool! Almost like Jobs tears. I have some of those I think they are seeds anyways.

I'm gonna try to find those to plant them. I live in Weird Weather Ohio, but it's worth a try!
