Thanks! I still felt like I spent too much. Probably because I'm not used to spending that much at one yard sale, but I think it was a pretty good deal for that much stuff.

It was funny because the lady that was at the booth was just watching it for her daughter. When I asked the price of the punches, she said she wasn't sure and asked her grand daughter (about 8 yrs old) if she knew how much they were. She said, "I think everything is a quarter". Her grandma said, "No it's not, go find your mom!" Then she told me that her grand daughter just didn't feel like looking for her mom. lol

Well, it looks like you got a pretty good deal. We just bought stickers for the grandchildren to play with when they get here and it cost nearly $15 just for them.

You do actually use this right, not just collect it? You never post photos...

Stickers are expensive! In the stores, you look at the prices and think, "it's only a quarter" "it's only a dollar" or whatever price it is. But a little stack of them adds up very fast.

Welllll..... Yes, I do use it. Just not as much as I'd like. And, you're right, I haven't posted many photo's. I'll start doing that.

I know this is old, but I really liked the links everyone posted! Definitely opened me up to a new world of bargain hunting on the internets and also checking out garage sales!

Depending on what you're looking for in perticular, there are several blogs out and about that offer free printables that you can use for scrapbooking or really anything. You can make them into stickers and personalize things to suit each individual scrapbook.

Some of you may know of:

The Graphics Fairy

The Vintage Moth

And my own blog (in my signature), though just starting out, may have something to offer a scrap-booker.

Also - there are loads of etsy stores that have sales all the time that sell scrap-booking paraphernalia. I find that a lot of the crafters that use Etsy that also advertise with Project Wonderful, will advertise for short periods of time that their etsy store is having a sale - so sometimes you just have to click from link to link to find things, like a massive scavenger hunt - but when you find just exactly what you're looking for, it's completely worth it.

I love to scrapbook but with running a family and trying to keep costs under control I am on a budget. I love scrapbooking and don't want to give it up. Does anyone know of any places where I could get some inexpensive scrapbooking paper? I seem to be going through my packs of paper extremely fast and find that the money I am spending is increasing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
