Flowers made from stretched crepe paper are a standard in any good crafters bag of tricks. Here is a slightly different version that is suitable for children to make. All you need is crepe paper and something sticky - like sticky-back craft foam, book covering plastic or even cello tape. They are quite simple to make and very inexpensive.
